Information for Exhibitors
All returning exhibitors from last year will receive a 10% discount on the type of booth space they choose to purchase. For each booth space purchased, the cost of meals and breaks is included for two exhibitor personnel. There will be an additional charge of $225 for each additional exhibitor personnel.
There are two types of booth spaces available, Premium Booth Space and Standard Booth Space. The locations of each type of space is clearly marked in the floor plan of the Exhibitors Prospectus. Premium Booths are those booths that provide the best exposure of the exhibitor to the attendee because they are the first booths you see when you enter the exhibit hall from the front entrance and they are the ones that surround the "Food Area". Additionally, you must fill out the form sent with the Exhibitors Prospectus in order to successfully reserve a booth. The main purpose of this page is to allow you to pay for the booth spaces. If you have any questions regarding exhibits or anything in the Exhibitors Prospectus, please contact Bill Horne at 202-475-3118(W), 757-288-8139(M), or bhorne56@gmail.com.
