Sex. Art. Humanity. All are intertwined, and exist in art through a very raw human desire to represent ourselves. Beginning with ancient sculptures, through painting and drawing, and finally with photography, the nude human form is one of the most ubiquitous artistic subjects.
In this course, we examine nude photography in various forms. We discuss common challenges and misconceptions. We consider nude photography from a unique perspective...that of the model!
Finally, we spend time developing vital skills while shooting nude models in a comfortable studio setting.
Cost is $150 per participant. All participants must be at least 18 years old.
Note: All participants must demonstrate proficiency with studio strobes, or be registered for the Crash Course for Studio Lighting held on the same day.
