This league is the brain child of Mike Lensing and Mark Staton. We want to provide an avenue for new adult players or novice players who have not played in a long time to learn and play lacrosse. We also want to provide a low key fun approach for players to learn the game. We will play one game each week with experienced players who are there to help you learn the basics of lacrosse and prepare you for more competitive lacrosse team/league.

Our goal is increase the adult population of lacrosse. We are encouraging new players, future coaches and officials to participate in this league.

We have had the opportunity to play in some great leagues over the year. Mark Staton and I are hoping to take the good and bad from those leagues and start something new.
