This presentation will cover the foundations for Stroke care, including neuro-anatomy, stroke patient presentation, NIHSS assessment, patient management, stroke mechanism and secondary stroke prevention, and nursing intervention specific to stroke. Includes 4 CEUs.
Neuroscience Foundations, Part 2 course description: Come learn more about intracranial bleeds, causes, and treatment options. Includes nursing considerations regarding intracranial pressure monitoring throughout multiple levels of care.
