ADOSH and the Flagstaff Unified School District invite you to participate in the 2014 Summer Safety Summit! The event is being held at the beautiful Sinagua Middle School Campus. We have secured outstanding presenters for our Keynote and Guest Speaker Addresses. The entire event is free!
Choose your classes here by clicking on the "Register Now" button below; each attendee must register separately. Registration forms must complete to confirm registration. Even if you are not attending a class that session, you must choose the last option ("I will not be attending class during this session") to complete the registration. If you are only attending one day, the other day's sessions must indicate that you will not be attending by choosing the last option.
A number of hand-picked vendors will be on site to introduce their products and services. Vendor provided door prize drawings will take place during each break-time in the vendor area. You must be present to win!
Be sure to come early on the second morning! Something special is planned just for you by the Vendors and you won't want to miss it!
ABOUT THE 10 Hour Classes:
If you register for a 10 hour class, you must complete the registration form by choosing the last option on each session. ("I will not be attending a class during this session") An incomplete registration will not enroll you in the class and since seating is limited you may miss your opportunity to attend. Some of the Keynote Addresses will be included within the 10 Hour Curriculum so you won't be missing all the events.
OSHA 10 Hour Classes are provided at no cost from ADOSH, however a $5.00 fee for card processing is required by the OSHA Training Institute. You must bring the cash with you to class on the first day. No checks or money orders are accepted. Since there are only 40 students for each class, a limit of three employees per company/entity may enroll in the 10 hour classes.
