Admission: Contestant and one adult with contestant get in free. 5 years and older $2 per a person.

2014 Petite Miss Octoberfest of Middle TN: 3 Years – 4 Years
2014 Little Miss Octoberfest of Middle TN: 5 Years to 6 Years
2014 Junior Miss Octoberfest of Middle TN: 7 Years to 9 Years
2014 Pre-teen Miss Octoberfest of Middle TN: 10 Years to 12 Years
2014 Miss Teen Octoberfest of Middle TN: 13 Years to 15 Years
2014 Miss Octoberfest of Middle TN: 16 Years to 21 Years - Scholarship Money will be awarded - Queen $200, 1st runner-up $150 & 2nd runner-up $125) - On-stage Introduction required -"Name, age, hometown, & and a few sentences explaining how you would represent the United Way of Robertson County"

***Also, we will award 2 Top Ticket Sale Queens. The 2 contestants that sell the most "Good Luck tickets" will be crowned our 2014 Miss Octoberfest of Middle TN Hostess Queens and awarded a 10 inch crown, personalized sash, and trophy. These 2 Queens will also be featured on the front and back of our programs the day of the pageant. If interested in selling "Good Luck tickets," please email me or message me for tickets. Tickets are $1 a piece. Good luck tickets and money will be due by, Saturday, September 20, 2014. ***
***We will award 1 “Miss Candy Corn Queen.” This will be the girl that brings in the MOST pieces of individually wrapped candy. The Miss Candy Corn Queen will receive a HUGE Halloween themed crown, Miss Candy Corn personalized sash, and rosette! *** ALL candy is due by Friday, October 3!
All candy is used at the Bump in the Night Bash on Saturday, October, 25th on the Robertson County Courthouse Square in Springfield, TN from 5pm - 9pm, which is a FREE Bash for ALL FAMILIES!
***All Queens, including Hostess Queens, will be required to attend the "Bump in the Night" Bash from 4pm-9pm, Saturday, October 25th, 2014 and participate in 4 other community service projects planned throughout the year***
Natural or Semi-Glitz Wear No Flippers (Fake Teeth) Hair Pieces Are Allowed. Age Appropriate Hair & Make-up.
Open to all areas of Middle TN.
Beauty Pageant Attire includes: Sunday’s Best, Semi Glitz Dress, Evening Gown, or Prom Dress
Awards There will be a: 1 Queen and a 1st & 2nd runner up in each age division.
Each Division Queen will receive: a Beautiful 6 inch round crown, Personalized Wrap around Sash, a Personalized Rosette, and Personalized Trophy.
Runners-up will receive: a Personalized Rosette and Personalized Trophy.
Side Awards
0-35 months, we will award a "Baby Doll Face" & "Miss Manners" award in each division.
3 years - Mrs. Division, we will award a "Miss Personality" & "Miss Model" award in each division.
1 week before the pageant, numbers will be announced.
Every contestant will go home with a "Halloween Themed Welcome Bag" filled with goodies and candy from local businesses and sponsors and a personalized ribbon as a keepsake.
No Door Entry’s will be accepted. As we want to have the correct awards, line-ups in places, and pageant to run as smooth and organized as possible. We want you to have a great experience!
Judging Everything is done 100% fair. Judges are looking for facial beauty, personality, poise, and overall appearance & presentation. Everyone has a fair chance of winning. Winners are not based on who you know or who are friends with whom. Score sheets will be visible the entire pageant.
Schedule 1st Half: Newborn to 35 months 8:30 am – 9:00 am - Check in and pick up your child’s number. 9:15 am - Newborn thru 35 months will begin. Please be in line behind section that is blocked off for contestants only. No contestant should enter stage from audience. One parent behind section that is blocked off for contestants and on stage with child. We will have each age group back to back, so please be ready when it is your age division's turn! IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE 25-35 MONTHS DIVISION - Crowning the 2014 Newborn Miss Octoberfest of Middle TN, 2014 Tiny Miss Octoberfest of Middle TN, & 2014 Toddler Miss Octoberfest of Middle TN.
2ND Half: 3 Years to Mrs. Division 11:00 am – 11:30 am - Check in and pick up your child’s number. 12:00 - 3 Years - Mrs. Division will begin. Please be in line behind section that is blocked off for contestants only. No child should enter stage from audience. We will have each age group back to back, so please be ready when it is your age division's turn! IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE MRS. DIVISION CROWING WILL TAKE PLACE FOR ALL DIVISIONS 3 YEARS - MRS. DIVISION! YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BE CROWNED IN THE DRESS YOU COMPETED IN, SO PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE UNTIL AFTER CROWNING.
