Title: OSHA 300A Recordkeeping Workshop Instructor: Jenny Mandeville
This is a follow-up class for the OSHA Recordkeeping 300 Log. This hands-on instruction is meant to assist employers with their end of the year summary (300A) and to compare the company's calculated DART rate to the national average for their industry. To get the most from this class, bring the following:
>The company's injury and illness reports (OSHA 301 or 101)
>Current 300 Log
>The average number of employees for the current year (may need to ask Payroll for this)
>The total hours worked by all employees for the current year (again Payroll may help you with this)
Length of the class is not set, rather is determined by the students need for assistance. Students do not need to stay for the entire session as some may need more help than others.
