June 4th is National Cheese Day, and Joyride Brewing Company is proud to announce that we are conducting a beer and cheese pairing event with Cypress Grove Chevre! Cypress Grove is one of America's best known artisan goat cheese companies and makers of the iconic "Humboldt Fog." Joyride and Cypress Grove have partnered up to provide 4 different pairings that will be expertly chosen by the Cheese Maker and the Brewmaster. $20 will get you 4 full beers and cheese tastings until supplies run out. There will also be raffle giveaways from the chevre and the brewery. Brewmaster Dave Bergen will be on hand to walk you through the nuanced flavors of Joyride's beer and how it interacts with the different cheeses, and Jon Marsh from St Kilian's Cheese Shop will discuss all things cheese.
