Joyride Brewing Company is proud to announce that we are conducting a beer and cheese pairing event with Haystack Mountain Goat Dairy! Locally owned and operated since 1989, Haystack Mountain is nationally recognized as a producer of premium, handcrafted raw and pasteurized cheeses, made in a variety of styles. Haystack Mountain cheeses are known for their outstanding, fresh, clean flavor and texture—a direct result of high-quality milk produced by our partner dairy at the Skyline Correctional Facility and the skill of cheesemaker, Jackie Chang. Joyride and Haystack have partnered up to provide 4 different pairings that will be expertly chosen by the Cheese Maker and the Brewmaster. $30 will get you 4 full beers and cheese tastings until supplies run out. There will also be raffle giveaways from the brewery. Brewmaster Dave Bergen will be on hand to walk you through the nuanced flavors of Joyride's beer and how it interacts with the different cheeses, and representatives from Haystack will discuss all things cheese.
