South End Pub Fare Cooking Class - Add On
This class will feature four South End Breweries Triple C, Sycamore, Lenny Boy and Unknown. We will work a craft beer from each brewery into each dish we prepare, it’s our way of doing a beer crawl! Hi Everyone! I am so excited to have you come in for a class. My name is Alyssa Wilen and I have been cooking my entire life. My passion for food comes from a healthy body is a healthy life. All of our classes will help teach that cooking better is not as daunting as you think, and there are plenty of places to find great products in Charlotte. We have 5 different kinds of ability level classes, so there’s something for everyone. I hope to see you in the Kitchen soon!
