 The Fall Protection class is designed to give a better understanding of OSHA’s Fall Protection standards for the Construction Industry.  Students will be able to determine required fall protection actions based on working conditions.  

 COURSE OUTCOMES

As a result of successfully completing this course, the student will be able to: 

• Identify three of the most frequently cited fall protection issues
• Determine heights where fall protection is required.
• Discuss fall protection alternatives for infeasible or greater hazard situations
• List training requirements for workers as well as competent person
• Identify various types of fall protection methods
