ADOSH Trainer Jenny Mandeville
The Safety and Health Management Systems Class is designed to give a better understanding of how effective Safety and Health Programs are formed, maintained and evaluated. Safety Cultures are developed through common values, goals and consistent enforecement of policies. Students will be sent some valuable tools to help determine where they are in their program and where they want to go next.

- Identify the four elements of a SHMS
