This class is being provided to help employers understand how OSHA cites for inadequate training and what is required for training employees.
COURSE OUTCOMES

- Understand the documents that are required for substantiating training
- Discuss how to evaluate present training programs for deficiencies
- Identify special needs and resources available to accomodate
- Identify gaps in their programs, policies and enforcement
- Gather resources to supplement training modules
