This class is being provided to help employers understand how OSHA cites for inadequate training and what is required for training employees. Look for class materials in your email. (Provide correct email address upon registering.)
COURSE OUTCOMES
As a result of successfully completing this course, the student will be able to:
- Assess training needs for employees
- Understand the documents that are required for substantiating training
- Discuss how to evaluate present training programs for deficiencies
- Identify special needs and resources available to accomodate
- Identify gaps in their programs, policies and enforcement
- Gather resources to supplement training modules
