This course is designed to give aspiring or current Instructors the skills to build and present their material with memorable results. Attendees will learn how to develop their lesson plan and then put into practical application the delivery of their presentation.
Topics include: The learning process, learning, and instructional styles, writing learning objectives, development of the lesson plan, instructor ethics, teaching materials, training aids, and building a MS PowerPoint presentation. This is a very hands-on, intensive and interactive course and students should be prepared to do some work as homework.
A laptop computer along with skills in MSWord and MS PowerPoint are a must!
