Mark your calendars! The 2018 Clinical Laboratory Collaborative Conference will be held in Northglenn, Colorado on April 5-6, 2018. This meeting is collaboration between ASCLS-Colorado and ASCLS-Wyoming. Previous years have attracted over 290 registered participants, 40 exhibitors, and 35 student posters.
We cordially invite you to reserve an exhibition booth to represent your company at this impressive meeting for laboratory managers, technologists, students, educators and all those involved in Medical Laboratory Science.
The Conference and Exhibits will take place at the Ramada Plaza, I-25 and 120th Ave, Northglenn, CO, Phone: (303) 452-4100. We have excellent room rates of $89.00 and $99.00 per night including breakfast. (Be sure to state that you are part of the Clinical Laboratory Collaborative Conference (CLCC) so we get room-block credit.
Booth set up will be available beginning Wednesday, April 4th around 6pm, and Thursday, April 5th at 7:00am. Booth space rental will include a 9’ x 5’ space with one six foot or eight-foot table (cover & skirt) and two chairs. Exhibitors are invited to attend all educational sessions depending on space, and will be provided two meal tickets per day per booth.
Exhibit Times are set between 11:15 am to 1:45 pm on Thursday, April 5th, and Friday, April 6th.
To reserve a booth for this event, please complete the enclosed application and return it to us with your payment. Make check payable to CLCC. Online registration at www.clcconline.org will be available in mid-December, 2017.

Upon receipt of your check, a booth will be reserved and you will be e-mailed a confirmation letter that will include shipping instructions and other pertinent information. The early registration deadline for booth applications is March 20, 2018. After that date, booth rental will be on a space available basis and a late fee will be incurred.
Those registered by January 26th, 2018 will be included and recognized as a 2018 Exhibitor in the CLCC 2018 Program mailer. Registered Exhibitors will also be recognized on the meeting website: www.clcconline.org.

The Clinical Laboratory Collaborative Conference (CLCC) is a joint meeting of laboratory professional organizations from two Rocky Mountain states. These groups are the:
• American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science – Colorado (ASCLS-CO)
• American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science – Wyoming (ASCLS-WY)
CLCC is held every spring, in the Colorado Front Range area or southern Wyoming. It is a two day event with continuing education, an exhibit hall, and time to network with colleagues.
As of 2021 all education sessions are recorded. This is allowing for anyone who is unable to attend the conference in-person the ability to access the recorded sessions on demand for a designated time period through a registration process.
Once you have viewed the desired session recordings, you will be instructed to claim your CEU credits at http://ceorganizer.ascls.org/
In-person education conferences provide so much more than just a recording, however, if you are unable to attend the conference you will still be able to access the information from all of the great speakers at CLCC. Details for recorded sessions only registration will be shared on the meeting website, https://clcconline.org and through email notifications.
ASCLS-CO and ASCLS-WY are approved as providers of continuing education in the clinical laboratory sciences by the ASCLS P.A.C.E. ® (Professional Acknowledgement of Continuing Education) program. Each CLCC session is P.A.C.E.® -approved and may be used for certification maintenance.
