Whether you are new to Paleo or not, even if you don't follow the diet, this class is full of fantastic skills and methods to incorporate into your cooking. We will prepare a standard breakfast dish to set you up with a healthy weekly option. A tremendously flavorful chicken dish you can apply to almost any protein you with. And a dessert that will satisfy a little sweet tooth that can be stored in the freezer for any occasion.

Hi Everyone! I am so excited to have you come in for a class. My name is Alyssa Wilen and I have been cooking my entire life. My passion for food comes from a healthy body is a healthy life. All of our classes will help teach that cooking better is not as daunting as you think, and there are plenty of places to find great products in Charlotte.
