We will be cooking a fushion of Israeli, Greek and Moroccan Dishes. Learning about the cuisines and how Chef Shai brings out incredible flavor in the dishes he makes at YAFO. This menu will be gluten-free.

Hi Everyone! I am so excited to have you come in for a class. My name is Alyssa Wilen and I have been cooking my entire life. My passion for food comes from a healthy body is a healthy life. All of our classes will help teach that cooking better is not as daunting as you think, and there are plenty of places to find great products in Charlotte.
