Pumpkin Naked Cake with Ganache Drip
Join pastry chef Jossie Lukacik and learn introductory cake decorating skills! In this class you will make swiss meringue buttercream, and white chocolate ganache. You will learn to fill and crumb coat a 6 inch cake, use basic fondant skills to create pumpkin toppers, and take home to your cake at the end of class. Prior experience is not necessary, this class is the first step to learn cake decorating.
This class can be made gluten free!
