Chocolate Salted Caramel Tarts
Join Pastry Chef Miranda Brown of The Asbury and Dunhill Hotel, and learn to make the perfect tart! You will make tart dough, chocolate ganache filling, salted caramel, and plating techniques. You will take home your finished tarts at the end of class.

The Sweet Spot Holiday Block Party is on December 5th from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM. There will be a bakesale featuring the businesses of Sweet Spot Kitchen, coffee from Community Matters Cafe, Letters to Santa, and the Supply Co will be open and decked out for gift giving season.
