2 Day Introduction to Cake Baking & Decorating Workshop
Join pastry chef Jossie Lukacik and learn to bake and decorate a cake start to finish!
Day 1 : July 30, 6:30-8:00 pm
You will make vanilla cake batter, swiss meringue buttercream, and a seasonal jam filling.
Day 2 : July 31, 6:30-8:30 pm
You will learn to fill, crumb coat, and second coat a 6 inch semi naked cake. The cake will be finished with a chocolate ganache drip, basic piping, and fresh fruit.

The Sweet Spot Holiday Block Party is on December 5th from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM. There will be a bakesale featuring the businesses of Sweet Spot Kitchen, coffee from Community Matters Cafe, Letters to Santa, and the Supply Co will be open and decked out for gift giving season.
