Join us for the "NBU Back To School" basketball shooting camp!! All campers will work on their basketball shooting skills, with a laser concentration on proper form and technique for two point shots, three point shots, and free throws. This will be executed with an intenstiy focus on release, timing, technique, shooting tips and methodology to help improve each camper's shooting percentage and confidence! Registered campers will also have the option to rent the automatic shooting machine for addtional work on their schooting skills with timing and their shooting percentage calculated. The camp is held Monday thru Thursday both weeks from 9:00am to 11:00am, with an option to rent the automatic shooting machine and work on their shooting skills for an addtional 45 minutes (11:15am - 12:00pm).

The Shooting Machine session or rental must be attended in conjuction with the Shooting Camp. A registrant may not solely register for the Shooting Machine session independent of the Shooting Camp.
All registrants for the Shooting Camp or rental of the Shooting Machine must be entering the 3rd grade or higher for the 2019 -2020 school year to enroll and participate in the camp.
You may register now and opt to pay the camp fees later. However, all camp fees must be paid pror to the start of the camp for the week registered, or a $25 administrative fee will be applied.
Attendance on an individual day or days is not offered thru the online registration system. However, you may register your child(ren) and pay for daily attendnace at the NBU check-in desk on the preferred day(s) of attendance. The daily fee for the Shooting Camp is $30 and $10 for the Shooting Machine rental (the $25 administrative fee is not applied).
The camp will be held in the gym at the CSO Sports Multiplex located at 1301 E. 47th Street, Chicago, Illinois.
NBU Athletics is a year-round program that provides instruction in the fundamentals of the game of basketball to school-aged children through clinics, camps, leagues, travel teams, and personal training. During the school year (September - June), we offer the NBU Skills Clinics which are 90 minute sessions of fundamental basketball instruction which are currently offered in the evenings Monday, Tuesday and Thursday of each week, and on Sunday mornings.
We believe what separates good basketball players from great basketball players is fundamentals and knowledge of the game. At NBU, we teach the 7 fundamentals of basketball including, Shooting, Ball Handling, Rebounding, Passing, Pivoting, Defense, and Basketball IQ in a fun and rewarding evnviroment.
It is our pleasure to work with all students on every level whether they are a beginner or experienced in the game of basketball! At NBU, we group and instruct athletes primarily based on their skill level and not age. This allows students to work with others at the same or similar skill levels, be comforatable yet be challenged to improve their game and skill set. At NBU, it's Nothin' But U workin' on one Fundamental skill at a time to improve your knowledge and execution of the game to be the best you can be!
