Intoduction to Cake Decorating : Gingerbread Cake
Join pastry chef Jossie Lukacik and learn introductory cake decorating skills! In this class you will make vanilla bean buttercream, and fill and crumb coat a 6 inch gingerbread cake. You will finish the cake with a chocolate ganache drip, and take home to your cake at the end of class. Prior experience is not necessary, this class is the first step to learn cake decorating. This class can be made gluten free!

Cancellation Policy : Tickets are refundable until 1 MONTH before your class date. Within 1 MONTH if we can fill your spot in the class from a wait list you will receive a full refund. Tickets are also transferable if you can find someone to attend in your place.
The Sweet Spot Holiday Block Party is on December 5th from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM. There will be a bakesale featuring the businesses of Sweet Spot Kitchen, coffee from Community Matters Cafe, Letters to Santa, and the Supply Co will be open and decked out for gift giving season.
