Intoduction to Cake Decorating : Pig In the Mud Cake
Join pastry chef Jossie Lukacik and learn introductory cake decorating skills! In this class you will make vanilla bean swiss meringue buttercream, paired with mocha cake, and milk chocolate ganache. You will learn to fill and crumb coat a 6 inch cake, and make basic fondant pig decorations. You will take home to your cake at the end of class. Prior experience is not necessary, this class is the first step to learn cake decorating.
