In these unprecedented times, the format of the Church Leaders Event will be different. While we will miss being together in-person, sharing ‘ono meals and talking story, we will make the most of this opportunity to “be together” in different ways.
The Church Leaders Event will start at 8:45am on Saturday, February 13, with a welcome and opening. Workshops will be held Saturday 2/13, Monday 2/15, Thursday 2/18 and conclude on Saturday 2/20. All of this will take place online. Please refer to the detailed schedule of workshop times and descriptions for more information.
COST: $30 for per participant
KEYNOTE: The keynoter on Saturday, February 13 will be Dr. Ronald Heifetz. Dr. Heifetz is among the world’s foremost authorities on the practice and teaching of leadership. He speaks extensively and advises heads of governments, businesses, and nonprofit organizations across the globe.
Dr. Heifetz founded the Center for Public Leadership at Harvard Kennedy School where he has taught for nearly four decades. He is the King Hussein bin Talal Senior Lecturer in Public Leadership. Dr. Heifetz played a pioneering role in establishing leadership as an area of study and education in the United States and at Harvard. His research addresses two challenges: developing a conceptual foundation for the analysis and practice of leadership; and developing transformative methods for leadership education, training, and consultation.
