RECORDINGS OF PRIOR COURSES: If you would like to get recordings of Lojong Text Study Course #1, #2 or #3, read more at the bottom.

Length of each teaching session: 90 minutes for the Saturday teaching sessions
Additional discussion-format sessions: 60-minute discussion-format sessions are planned for four Sundays during the course, on the Sundays after the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th Saturdays, with the same start time (12:00 pm USA Eastern time zone / 6:00 pm CET-France).
About the course topic: We are studying a text together on the teachings of Mind Training (Tibetan: Lojong), which is a profound system of contemplative practices that helps bring mindfulness, awareness and insight to our experiences, both on and off the meditation cushion. These teachings have been preserved by an unbroken lineage of masters since the time of the Buddha, and were considered to be helpful to modern day practitioners by the 14th Shamarpa, Mipham Chokyi Lodrö (1952-2014).
The root text to be studied can be found in the 14th Shamarpa's The Path to Awakening: A Commentary on Ja Chekawa Yeshé Dorjé's Seven Points of Mind Training, which serves as a guidebook to the stages of Mind Training. These Lojong teachings are followed by the tradition of Gampopa (1079-1153) who joined the Kadampa instructions of Atisha with Mahamudra teachings from the tradition of the great Indian Mahasiddha Saraha. The book is available in many outlets, including as an e-book. There may be additional lojong texts that will be recommended.

About the teacher: Brief bio information about Karma Trinlay Rinpoche is available on the Bodhi Path website.
Delivery format: Trinlay Rinpoche will be broadcasting live from his home location in France, and recordings of the classes are planned to be made available to registered program participants. Student interaction with Trinlay Rinpoche will be facilitated as much as possible through available technology.
Registration information: To register, there is a suggested level that you can select from (Full-$150, Patron-$225, Half-$75, or Scholarship-variable) that covers all of the course sessions, as well as an optional commitment letter form. The optional letter is available to express your commitment to listen to all sessions, either live or recorded, and will be forwarded to Trinlay Rinpoche, who plans to offer future programs in this cycle. It is helpful to both the teacher and the student to know of a student's commitment to more in-depth learning. You will be able to submit the letter in our Google Classroom. A limited number of openings are available. No one is turned away due to lack of funds. After registering here, you will receive immediate confirmation that you have registered, and then later an invitation to Google Classroom shortly before the first class on Saturday, May 15.
