This course is a sychronous (live course) that meets via ZOOM for lectures. Recorded lectures from the ZOOM meetings are also available and attendance policies will be provided to meet state requirements. This course is for EMR to Paramedic and the course culminates with a skills and scenario refresher in various regional locations that will be announced shortly.
The two days are highly interactive and skills check offs for the various levels of provider will be available for the particpant or the service requesting. These topics can also be audited for CE as well or just the two days, or even one day! The topics include:
1. COVIDand other Infectious Goodies and Other Pre-Hospital Sepis Cooties
2. MAP (Mean Arterial Pressure) the "New More 'Vital' Sign"
3. Pharmacology Palooza (Level specific)
4. Understanding What Kinds of Candy and Flowers to Bring to a Date (how the Sympathetic and Parasympathetic Nervous System Works)....the key to understanding pharmacology and how the body works.
5. Lemon, Salty, Vinegar Flavored Oxygen Molucules with the H's and T's - A Guide to Acic Base Blance and How it is the Foundsation of All

- This course is online and offered with live lectures and some recorded to meet the Colorado Refresher contact and subject matter requirements. The entire class can be taken or parts for CE may be taken.
