In the 1990s dharma teacher Pamela spent several years studying and practicing meditation under the great Tibetan master Gendun Rinpoche. Since then, Pamela has worked closely with many great teachers as a translator/interpreter. Under the guidance of Shamar Rinpoche, she translated the Chenrezig practice text and commentary we use at Bodhi Path. She teaches meditation and philosophy in the US and abroad at a variety of secular and non-secular venues.
During the past decade, Pamela has also trained and worked as a spiritual counselor in the health care field in Pennsylvania and Virginia.
