- Court reviews
- Congregate care requirements
- State’s prevention service plan
Learning Objectives:
Participants will learn strategies to improve diversity and including by utilizing Blind Removal Processes and Kin-First Firewall Practice.
Participants will understand who a Qualified Individual (QI) is and the Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP) accreditation process.
Participants will receive an overview of the new legislation, specific to NYS
