Breakout rooms are a popular option in Zoom that can be used for a multitude of purposes. Room assignments can be controlled by the host or the participants, depending on the way the host sets things up. Each room can have a theme, and participants can move among the rooms, and then return to the main meeting. The breakout room is a meeting within a meeting, with only slight differences.
Closed Caption is available on the SeniorNet “Zoom Pro” accounts, and it is easy to turn on and off with a couple of clicks.
This meeting will run 30 – 45 minutes depending on the class size. It is demonstration-only, but a handout will be sent to attendees prior to class that will give step-by-step instructions.
