PhanCon is back for an international gathering of folks who flew, maintained, supported, photographed, tracked, modeled, or just plain enjoyed the sound of freedom promoted by this premier fighter of the 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's. Now celebrating over 50 years in action, the F-4 is still flying today in defense of a number of nations around the world.
This year we are visiting Andravida Air Base in Greece.
Our "conference" will be located at Andravida Air Base. A pre-entry rally point is planned and will be updated. We have the opportunity to spend 2 days at this active F-4 base.
To cover meals and any transportation, the event fee this year will be 50 Euros per person. This Event is limited to 80 people per the Hellenic Air Force. Current members will be able to register in the Members Only section until 80 is reached. Membership must be current through July 2022. Not sure if you are current? Then please contact our administrator to find out your status. Or if you have an online member account, just log-in (www.f4phantom.com) and check your membership status there. It is not too late to become a member. Register at www.f4phantom.com, first creating an account on the website for verification and then via that account joining the Society.

Mid Day - Lunch Break on base, food provided
Afternoon - Depart base, dinner on your own
Night - There is a possibility of some night missions

Security/Safety/Procedures Briefing
The mandatory security/safety/procedures briefing will be given by Base Personnel
PhanCon Registration (please read carefully beforehand)
Because you will be visiting restricted areas you will be asked for personal information during the registration process. This is a secure website and any information collected will be carefully protected.
All citizens will need to enter their Passport info and drivers license data in addition to Covid-19 Vaccination numbers. This information will be provided to the Hellenic Air Force authorities in advance of our visit. It will be kept private and not shared otherwise.
Registration is 50 Euros for this event.

Do make sure you carefully read the waiver at the end of the registration.
Payment may be made via Credit Card or a PayPal account via a PayPal secure payment until May 31st.

Recap of those Deadlines:
May 31st Last day to cancel. Will get refund minus a $10 administration fee. Emergency cancellations after that day will be handled on a case by case basis.
May 31st is also the last day to register. Registrations close at 8PM Eastern time. (2400GMT)
We are required to provide base security a list of all attendees with the required information by June 1st.
Very Important
You must remember to bring two forms of Govt issued photo ID.
Your Passport and Driver's License are the best choices for all attendees.
