All About Vows...
with Dharma teacher Pamela

Join Dharma teacher Pamela for two Q&A Zoom sessions about vows on Mondays April 4 and April 11, 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Pamela will give a brief overview of the refuge, lay precepts, and bodhisattva vows, followed by time to explore any questions or concerns that may arise.
Opportunity to receive these vows will be given by Lama Jampa April 23-24, 2022 (email naturalbridge@bodhipath.org if interested)
Participants are expected to prepare for the Q&A sessions and vow ceremonies by reading the Self Study Guide to Vows compiled by Dharma teacher Tsony. This includes information about refuge vows, lay precepts, and bodhisattva vows.

In the 1990s Dharma Teacher Pamela spent several years studying and practicing meditation under the eminent Tibetan master Gendun Rinpoche. Pamela has worked closely with many great teachers as a translator/interpreter. Under the guidance of Shamar Rinpoche, she translated the Chenrezig practice text and commentary we use at Bodhi Path. A spiritual counselor in the field of health care, Pamela also teaches meditation and philosophy at a variety of secular and non-secular venues.
Bodhi Path is an international organization founded by the 14th Shamar Rinpoche. Teachers provide meditation and philosophy instruction and guidance to learn and practice Buddhism.
