Going down the Rabbit Hole

Hop on over Hamilton's to taste what the rabbit left in our basket. We are going down the rabbit hole to Kentucky's Rabbit Hole distillery. Using signature malted grains, each of their expressions are crafted from a different recipe and enters the barrel at a lower proof to preserve flavor. It is then matured in toasted and charred barrels and harvested in small batches of no more than 15 barrels at a time to yield a flavor like no other.

Rabbit Hole Distillery is a modern cathedral that pays homage to the art and science of distillation. A fully immersive guest experience, every step of the process, from grain to bottle, is in proud display.
