It's no secret that whiskey has made a resurgence in recent years. This night we will taste Highwest Whiskey which has become a part of this revival. Contrastly, we will dive into Nelson's Green Brier which is no stranger to the whiskey world but has had a rebirth of its own. Join us to explore the old and the new warriors of the whiskey world.

Brothers Andy Nelson and Charlie Nelson set out to resurrect Nelson's Green Brier Distillery, founded in the 1800s by their great-great-great grandfather Charles Nelson. In their mere 20s, the Nelson brothers have set on a grand journey—not just to make and sell whiskey—but to rebuild a business that helped bring the term 'Tennessee Whiskey' to America and Europe.

We encourage you to make your dinner reservations now if you would like to dine at any of our restaurants before or after the Bourbon Enthusiast Series.
