Join us for the ANCHASL Spring Virtual Meeting where our featured speakers will be Joe & Terry Graedon. As hosts of The People's Pharmacy on public radio, the Graedons provide information to help people make informed decisions about their health.

Each individual may have a different reaction to certain foods, due in part to their unique microbiome. The Graedons will discuss the research underlying this, as well as new research on the timing of meals and its affects on health. They will also compare low vs. high-carb regimens and how to ensure adequate consumption of omega-3 fatty acids. In addition, they will consider the importance of micronutrients, such as flavanols and antioxidants, in foods like pomegranates, cherries, chocolate, tea and coffee.

The ANCHASL Business Meeting will be held from 11:30a-12p.

This meeting is free for current ANCHASL members. Only use this registration site if not joining ANCHASL. Want to renew or join ANCHASL for $20.00? Annual ANCHASL membership can be acquired here: https://ezregister.com/events/36176/
