Set on a 107-acre site adjacent to Asilomar State Beach, this rustic conference hotel overlooks the ocean. It is 2.1 miles from Monterey Bay Aquarium.
The warm, upscale rooms offer free WiFi, but no TVs or phones. Some have fireplaces, and patios or balconies. Historic rooms have hardwood floors and common living areas.
There's a heated outdoor pool, biking and walking trails, and volleyball courts. A wood-beamed dining hall serves all meals, and there are event and meeting spaces.
