NOTES
- Our HQ hotel is the Celeste Hotel, adjacent to the UCF campus. See below for more information.
- The Membership Meeting will take place on campus in the John C. Hitt Library. The Membership Meeting will convene at 1pm ET on November 29 and adjourn at approximately 12pm ET on November 30
- The optional preconference will take place from 9am - 12pm on November 29 in the Hitt Library.
- For those arriving on November 28, we will host a casual "libations and conversations" in the hotel lobby bar from 5:30pm - 7pm on 8/28.
- The members' reception will take place at the Celeste Hotel on the evening of November 29.
- Hotel Information: Celeste Hotel, 4105 N Alafaya Trail, Orlando, FL 32826. Tel: 407-207-4700
- ASERL's discount room rate is $159/night, excluding taxes and fees.
- Reservations must be made by November 6, 2023 to receive this discount.
- The hotel & campus are equidistant from the Orlando (MCO) and Sanford (SFB) airports -- approx 30-40 minutes by car from either landing spot. Some locals have a preference for SFB, as it is smaller, easier to navigate than the big tourist hub at MCO.
- The Celeste Hotel does not provide an airport shuttle service. Sorry! Participants will need to make their own ground transportation arrangements.
