Mark your calendars! The 2025 Clinical Laboratory Collaborative Conference will be held in Denver, Colorado on April 3-4, 2025. This conference will be a “live”, In-Person meeting. This meeting is a collaboration between ASCLS-Colorado and ASCLS-Wyoming. The 2025 CLCC will be an In-Person medical laboratory science education conference including Student Posters, 20 diverse education sessions, and an Industry Exhibition. All 20 CEU sessions will be recorded and available to all individual registrants for up to 30 days post-conference dates.
We cordially invite you to reserve an exhibition table representing your company at this meeting for laboratory managers, MLS and MLT professionals, phlebotomists, students, educators, and all those involved in Medical Laboratory Science. Note that booths are first-come-first-serve so get your registration in before it is too late!
The “live”, In-Person, Conference and Exhibits will be at the: CSU Spur at 4777 National Western Dr, Denver, CO 80216.

Accommodations:
Table set up will be available beginning Wednesday, April 2nd from 12 pm - 5 pm, and Thursday, April 3rd at 7:00 am. Table space rental will include a 9’ x 5’ space with one SIX-foot table, (depending on availability), a cover & skirt, and 2 chairs. 2 catered lunches per day are included with the registration. Exhibitors are invited to attend all “in-person” educational sessions depending on space.
Exhibit Times are set between 11:30 am and 2:00 pm on Thursday, April 3rd, and between 11:30 am and 2:00 pm, on Friday, April 4th. Also, we are planning on holding an exhibitor social from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm on Thursday. All times are in the US MST Zone.

Upon receipt of your check/payment, a table will be reserved and you will be emailed a confirmation letter that will include shipping instructions and other pertinent information. The early registration deadline for table applications is March 20, 2025. After that date, table rental will be on a space-available basis and a late fee will be incurred.

The Clinical Laboratory Collaborative Conference (CLCC) is a joint meeting of laboratory professional organizations from two Rocky Mountain states. These groups are the:
• American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science – Colorado (ASCLS-CO)
• American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science – Wyoming (ASCLS-WY)
CLCC is held every spring, in the Colorado Front Range area or southern Wyoming. It is a two day event with continuing education, an exhibit hall, and time to network with colleagues.
As of 2021 all education sessions are recorded. This is allowing for anyone who is unable to attend the conference in-person the ability to access the recorded sessions on demand for a designated time period through a registration process.
Once you have viewed the desired session recordings, you will be instructed to claim your CEU credits at http://ceorganizer.ascls.org/
In-person education conferences provide so much more than just a recording, however, if you are unable to attend the conference you will still be able to access the information from all of the great speakers at CLCC. Details for recorded sessions only registration will be shared on the meeting website, https://clcconline.org and through email notifications.
ASCLS-CO and ASCLS-WY are approved as providers of continuing education in the clinical laboratory sciences by the ASCLS P.A.C.E. ® (Professional Acknowledgement of Continuing Education) program. Each CLCC session is P.A.C.E.® -approved and may be used for certification maintenance.
