Brewmaster's Four-Course Dinner Featuring
One sunny March day, I visited Millpond for my birthday a few years back soon after they began their brewery.
Besides the many tasty beers true to style I was impressed how very good they were right from the start.
I also loved that their presence in the small downtown of Milstadt exemplified how breweries become a part of the fabric of their neighborhoods.
Our most recent visit demonstrated how Bryan and Lizzy used inspiration from the community as a driving force for the philosophy that they created; from the German beer styles brewed in a rehabbed service garage to the family history with the town's butcher shop.
This will mark the 16th year we have hosted a local brewery
to kick-off the beer festival.
