Facility group rates are available by selecting Institution Pass and then registering each individual member of your team. Upon check-out, apply the PROMO code to recieve the Facility percent discount. The Facility Pass is good for up to 5 people in your cart, no more. You can register your team members for one day, two day or a full 3 day registration and recieve the same discount. 

This EZ Register site will allow you to pay by credit card. If you need to pay by check, there is an option to skip the payment and select pay by check. Card payments will be subject to a $1.00 processing fee. Amex (American Express) will have a 1% processing fee.

Hotel Information

If you are planning to stay, please state you wish to make reservations under the ASCLS group in order to receive the group rate for the reserved room blocks. Group block rates are $184/night for either 1 King Bed or 2 Queen Bed rooms.

Each valuable guest will be in charge to make their own reservation. Please see below the procedures and step by step to make the online reservation.  

 Deadline date to make reservations is Wednesday April 8th, 2026.

Late registration fees will begin 5/03/2026. Late fees are $25.00.
