- Check in begins at 3pm on day of arrival at Piedmont Housing Deck. If you arrive after the office closes, student staff at the residence desk will assist you.
- Check out: No later than noon on day of departure. Late check-outs will incur another night's fee. Any access cards and keys must be returned at check out.
- Guests must show photo identifcation at time of check in.
- Only registerred participants are permitted in residence halls.
- Lost key fee = $75. Lost access card fee = $25.
