All ASERL Board Members are called to participate in the Association's annual Planning Day, which will take place on September 4, 2025 at Georgia Tech Library in Atlanta.
Participants are invited to gather for drinks/dinner on evening of September 3 if their schedule allows.
MEETING DATE: September 4, 2025, with a group dinner on evening of September 3. We hope everyone can join us for both – dinner and the meeting.
MEETING TIMES: 9am – 2pm ET, with a working lunch provided.

HOTEL OPTIONS: Our group is too small to get a group rate, so here are a couple options at different price points for travelers to consider. Each option below is within walking distance to a MARTA train stop for those who prefer to use mass transit from the airport.
Hampton Inn Atlanta – Georgia Tech Downtown

The least expensive / least fancy – but closest to the GT Library (a 6-minute walk), and breakfast is included in the room rate (approx. $140/night).

Mid-priced / midgrade furnishings. A longer walk to the GT Library (20 minutes). Expect room rates approx. $175/night.
