Kenilworth Sailing Club Water Sports Camps — 2026
The Kenilworth Sailing Club is pleased to offer Water Sports Camps for the 2026 season.
The Camp Experience
Our camp offers children a memorable way to grow up near the lake—an experience defined by time spent outdoors with friends in a safe and welcoming environment.
Campers enjoy days centered on friendship, recreation, and exploration both on and off the water. Parents value the program for its close-to-home convenience and attentive supervision.
While the camp introduces participants to kayaking, paddleboarding, and sailing, the primary focus is enjoying the lake together. Activities may include relays, friendly races, cooperative games, and beachside recreation. Daily plans are thoughtfully adapted to weather and water conditions.
Enrollment is limited to 12 campers per session to ensure personalized attention and a high-quality experience. Each group is led by three experienced instructors, providing supervision and instruction both on shore and on the water.
Registration is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and a minimum enrollment is required for the camp to run.
Each camper will receive one KSC T-shirt as part of the program.
Safety Standards
Safety is our highest priority. Instructors supervise all activities, assist with launching and landing watercraft, and provide on-water support, including boat retrieval if necessary.
All campers are required to wear a camp-provided, U.S. Coast Guard–approved vest-style life jacket at all times while on the water.
Eligibility & Requirements
• Open to residents of the Sears School District, grades 4–8 (as of Fall 2026)
• Beach pass and KSC membership required
