NOTE: Bell Lake Yurt Level 1 avalanche courses take place entirely in the backcountry. The approach to our yurt is 2.6 miles and 1,600 vertical feet, which usually takes around three hours of skinning. You will carry personal gear and a sleeping bag--all group food and course materials are portered by your guides. Please be physically prepared and familiar with your touring gear.
