Title:  Violence in the Workplace:  This 3 Hour class will address the second leading cause of workplace fatalities—Homicide. Prevention requires a thorough workplace assessment for known and predictable vulnerabilities and the application of some basic work practice and engineering controls.  Learn the factors that put your employees at risk and what you can do to prevent violence at your business.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:  This class is designed to give a better understanding of OSHA’s Guidelines for Workplace Violence, as there is no specific OSHA standard for Workplace Violence.  Students will gain insight into the various components of the guidelines and how it is enforced under the General Duty Standard.
