COURSE DESCRIPTION: This class is designed to help employers compile the information on the OSHA 300 Log and complete the Form 300A Summary. .

COURSE OUTCOMES

As a result of successfully completing this course, the student will be able to:

Calculate DART rates and TRC rates

Use the Bureau of Labor Statistics Tables

Make valuable comparisons to the national average for industry injuries and illnesses

Learn how to use the logs to look for trends in incidents and how to address those trends.

Set goals for the coming year to bring down injury and illness rates.

Attending the OSHA 300 Recordkeeping Course as a prerequisite is highly recommended. The class is held the same day, immediately preceding this class.
